Shipping
We entrust each order to selected couriers, to offer you reliable and traceable delivery.
When your order is entrusted to the courier, you will receive an email with the link to follow the shipment step by step. If necessary, we will also update you on the delivery status.
For logistical reasons, the items of the same order can leave in separate shipments: in this case you will receive a communication and tracking for each package.
Except for exceptional events beyond our control (for example courier delays, weather conditions, customs controls) and except for payments by bank transfer, shipping takes place within 5 working days of order confirmation (or confirmation of any changes).
Delivery is considered completed when the package is received by you or a person indicated by you.

Customs Duties and Local Charges (International Shipments)
For some destinations, customs authorities may apply duties and/or other charges as required by local regulations. When applicable, these amounts:
- cannot always be calculated in advance, as they are determined by customs upon the package's arrival in the destination country;
- are the responsibility of the Customer and are collected according to the procedures indicated by the competent authorities and/or the courier.
If duties and charges are not paid and delivery cannot be completed, the package may be returned to our warehouses and the order will be closed in accordance with the Terms.
If delivery fails
In rare cases, delivery may not be completed, for example if:
- the recipient is absent at the indicated address,
- the package is refused,
- the address is incorrect or incomplete,
- for international shipments, any duties and/or charges required are not paid.
If the package returns to our warehouses, the order will be closed and we will refund the price of the Products, with the following clarifications:
- shipping costs and any additional costs indicated at checkout will not be refunded;
- costs actually incurred for the failed delivery, return, and any handling/storage costs may be deducted from the refund.
We will notify you of the final refund amount and credit the amount within 14 days of closing the order.
