Which payment methods can I use?
When shopping online at eleventymilano.it, you can choose to pay by credit or debit card, Shop Pay, Klarna, PayPal, Gift Card, and bank transfer and cash on delivery (for shipments within Italy only).

When will my order be shipped?
Except for exceptional circumstances beyond our control and with the exception of payments by bank transfer, we ship within 5 business days of order confirmation (or confirmation of any changes).

How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your package leaves, you will receive an email with a tracking link to track your delivery.

Can my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes, for logistical reasons, some items can be shipped separately. In that case, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

When is delivery considered complete?
When the package is received by you or a person you indicate.

What happens if the recipient is unavailable?
If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient's absence, the package may be returned to our warehouses and the order will be processed according to the Terms. In that case, the refund will be calculated as expected (with any costs incurred for failed delivery, return, and handling deducted).

What if the address is incorrect or incomplete?
To avoid delays or returns, we recommend carefully checking the shipping information. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address and the package is returned, the order will be processed and the applicable refund terms will apply.

Can I refuse the package upon delivery?
If the package is refused and returned to the sender, the order will be processed and the refund will be processed according to the Terms.

Do I have to pay customs duties?
It depends on the destination. For some international shipments, local duties and charges may apply: these are determined by customs when the package arrives in the destination country and, if applicable, are paid by the customer.

Why aren't duties shown at checkout?
Because it's not always possible to calculate them in advance: the amount is determined by the customs authorities upon importation.

What happens if I don't pay the required duties or charges?
If payment is not made and delivery cannot be completed, the package may be returned and the order will be closed according to the Terms. The refund will be calculated taking into account any costs incurred for failed delivery, return shipping, and handling.

When will I receive my refund in the event of a return?
Within 14 days of closing the order, after communicating the final amount.
