Shipments

The customer can trace the shipment of his order through the delivery code that the seller will provide via e-mail. The same will also be available in the personal profile.
The non -delivered orders will be sent back to our office.
As requested by the laws that regulate trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice that declares the value of the individual items in euros. For the articles on sale, the invoice reports the discounted amounts.
Starting from the shipment, for the delivery times they need:
1-2 working days in Italy (+1 day for Sicily, Sardinia and islands)
4-5 working days in the European Union
8-10 working days in non-EU countries.

Shipments to Russia could be slowed down in delivery for extensions of customs procedures not calculable in advance and not attributable to the seller or at the shipping service.
During the sales period, the orders are processed in chronological order of receipt, so the shipments can undergo up to 4 days late compared to the above.
The seller ensures shipments against theft and accidental damage. When shipping is delivered, insurance loses its validity.
Through the signature to delivery, the responsibility of the goods passes to the customer. The person who signs, in fact, confirms the delivery receipt of the package and is responsible for the package itself.
The customer is asked to inspect the package at the time of delivery, before affixing the signal to prove to be received. If the package appears tampered with, the customer can refuse delivery or put the signature with reserve, communicating the event to customer service Eleventy (customercareweb@eleventymilano.it). The shipments not delivered to the customer are sent to the seller by returning to the sender: the seller reserves the right to charge the costs of returning to the customer.

As requested by international commercial regulations, the seller sends orders with a commercial invoice in which the exact value of the articles sent is declared.
It is illegal to declare amounts lower than the current ones or request that the articles are declared as gifts. At each invoice, the seller attaches a receipt.
For the articles on sale, the relative invoice and receipt report the discounted amounts.
For customers residing outside the European Union, the total of the final invoice/receipt is calculated by subtracting the value added tax. The cost of shipping is shown on the invoice.

Shipments to Italy are carried out by GLS courier, at the discretion of the seller.
Shipping costs in Italy amount to 8 euros. .
Delivery times only include working days and do not provide for holidays.
The seller sends the orders correctly received within one (1) working day from the receipt of the same.
The courier does not allow delivery to postal boxes and detention mail. The courier delivers only on working days during office hours. It is not possible to book and/or agree on the time. The seller reserves the right to bring the goods back in case of failure to receive from the customer.

You can select the country in which you want to send directly to the cart, during the purchase procedure.
Shipments abroad are carried out by DHL courier, at the discretion of the seller.
Shipments to the countries of the Russian Federation are carried out exclusively by SDA courier.
For shipments to Russia, average delivery times are 15/20 working days. If the Dogana drew the package for controls, the delivery may require a longer time not attributable to the seller.

Shipments intended for Extra European Union countries are subject to import taxes and customs charges, variables based on the regulations of the individual countries, also applicable for the return to the sender of the goods. The payment of these additional costs is the exclusive competence of the customer.
