RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The pourpose of ELEVENTY World S.r.l. ("the seller") is to guarantee complete customer satisfaction. If for some reason the customer is not satisfied with the order, he can exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 14 days from the day he received the products purchased on https://www.eleventymilano.it The products to be made must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the customer communicated to the seller the decision to withdraw from the contract.
The products can be returned by shipping the package via the courier indicated by the seller (GLS for Italy), or by other shipper. The customer can communicate the desire to withdraw by filling in the return form* (compliant with the type form pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 4 of the consumer code) available online in the personal profile: the seller will send the customer confirmation via email of the reception of the request for withdrawal, assigning a code made to each article.
The Customer can also draw up and send to the seller another explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw from the contract, without prejudice, in this second hypothesis, that the burden of proof of the correct and timely exercise of the communication will remain the responsibility of wanting to withdraw.
It is not possible to change the chosen garment with another.

Conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is intended to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are entirely respected:
- the return form (transmitted directly online through https://www.eleventymilano.it, in the personal profile) or other explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw from the contract must be correctly completed and transmitted to the seller within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products;
- the products must not have been used, worn, washed;
- the identification card must still be attached to the products with the disposable guarantee seal which constitutes an integral part of the asset;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging, equipped with any bags, hangers and what was supplied;
- The products rendered must be delivered to the shipper within fourteen (14) days that have run since you communicated to the seller your decision to withdraw from the contract;
- The products must not be damaged.
If all the required conditions are respected, the seller will fully reimburse the price of the products purchased in full, remaining only the costs of the return, that is to say those for the return to the seller of the products purchased, except that the seller has expressly exonerated The customer from these expenses at the time of purchase and the further condition that the customer uses the shipper indicated in the return form. If the customer decides to use the courier chosen by the seller for the shipment of the products purchased (GLS), however, must first make the payment of the return expenses. In fact, the seller will pay, on his behalf, the GLS courier, retaining the sum of 8 euros from the refund. This option is valid only for Italy..
In the event that the customer decides to use a different shipper (Mandatory option for all Extraly countries), will have to make the payment of the return expenses firsthand.
The customer will be contacted if his return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions above in the previous paragraph. In this case, the customer can choose to get back the products purchased at his expense. In the event that the customer refuses this shipment, the seller reserves the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products. Reimbursement times and methods
After the seller has received the return and controlled that all the requirements have been respected, the Customer will receive an e-mail of confirmation of acceptance of the return, or, if the existence of a decrease in value of the returned products is found, will receive one e-mail in which the amount deducted will be communicated by way of reducing the refund. Whatever the payment method used (credit card, paypal or bank transfer), the refund is activated by the seller as soon as possible, and in any case within five (5) working days from receipt of the goods made at our warehouses, once verified that the withdrawal took place in compliance with the above conditions.
The effective time for the re -credited or the return of the sums paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
- Purchase by credit/debt card: the reimbursement time depends on the credit/debt card management company, but normally takes place within two account extracts. The date currency of the re -credited is the same as the adjustment, therefore the customer will not undergo any loss in terms of bank interest.
- Purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made on the PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual reimbursement on the credit card from the PayPal account depends on the institute that issued the card.
- Purchase by bank transfer: the refund takes place on the current account indicated by the Customer, therefore the reimbursement time depends on the correctness of the data entered; Normally the re -credited takes place within fourteen (14) days.
Product identification card
All the products put on sale by the seller are equipped with a disposable guarantee seal, which constitutes an integral part of the good. The customer is invited to try the product without removing the relative seal because the rendered products that have no longer will be accepted.
Retreat/shipping of the return
The following procedure is valid only for the return to Italy.
The return can be shipped through the GLS courier indicated by the seller, following the instructions for booking the assigned port that will be sent by e-mail to the customer, following the request made by the personal profile. This method will allow the seller to pay, on behalf of the customer, the shipment and to check at any time where the package is located. The customer can contact GLS (or visit their website: http://www.gls-italy.com/) to organize the withdrawal in the "assigned port" according to the instructions that will be sent by e-mail after the communication of withdrawal. The cost of the service is 8 euros and will be reduced by the final value of the refund due to the customer.
If the Customer decides to use, for the return of the products, a shipper other than that indicated by the seller, will have to make the payment of the return expenses firsthand and will remain the responsibility for him in the event of loss or damage to the products during transport.
The following procedure is valid for extra Italy return
The shipment of returns from Extra Italia countries is totally borne by the customer. The seller suggests the customer to ensure the goods: the package containing the return is under the customer's responsibility. The seller is not responsible in case of loss, claims or delays of the return of the return by the customer.
For returns from Extra European Union countries, the customer is invited to use Fedex to encourage the request for reintroduction by deductible of the goods. Any customs clearance costs will be reduced by the final value of the reimbursement.
